1. What is a Clinic?

A clinic is a structured program led by experienced coaches, offering comprehensive training in softball or baseball. 5. I'm newbie may I join TPC?

6. I'm a coach, may I join and learn from TPC? But I feel awkward knowing there is a chance my players join in the same session..

Absolutely! At TPC, we wholeheartedly welcome coaches to participate in our sessions and continue their own learning and development journey. We understand that the prospect of being in the same session as your players may feel somewhat awkward initially, but we assure you that it's an opportunity for positive growth and mutual benefit. 7. So, we are no longer get TPC T-Shirt?

In the past, participants received TPC T-Shirts as a complimentary gift provided by our generous sponsors. 8. Must I bring my Glove to practice?

Yes.

9. Does TPC rent gloves?

We do not rent gloves. You may contact us to inquire about the possibility of borrowing a coach's glove. Alternatively, we encourage you to borrow one from friends.

10. Should I bring my Bat to practice?

Yes if you have.

11. Must I come earlier from schedule?

You must come 30 minutes earlier from schedule for check-in and preparations

12. I only interest in pitching practice, should I take batting practice as well? (Vise Versa)

Up to you. We do suggest you to take the batting practice as well. As positioning yourself as a batter is valuable knowledge to further enhance your pitching techniques (Vise Versa).

13. Should I bring drinks?

We do prepare free drinks for practice. But you may also bring your drinks just in case you need more for yourself.

14. What else should I prepare?

Wear comfy sport pants/trousers, wear sport shoes (preferably softball shoes), towel, change of clothes & private medicines.

15. I do not see my name in TPC Reclub as Activity Participant?

We try to keep TPC Reclub Activity updated. But we mainly use this website as the basis of data. So do not worry, once you register through registration form in this website and transfer the correct fee amount, your registration will be valid.

16. Why is my message not being replied to in TPC Reclub or WhatsApp prior/in practice hours?

Since all coaches will be busy 2 hours before and after practice schedule. Be sure to send your message 2 hours before and after practice schedule.

17. What is the reason behind the Cancellation Policy?

We expect participants to be sure about the schedule and be prepared to make up for it. Any failure to do so would make the slot being wasted. To avoid the 100k fine, you may arrange another person to participate on your behalf as a replacement. To do this, inform us of the person's Name & Mobile number.

18. I cannot reach the field on time. What should I do?

On D-Day, once you know you're unable to attend the practice at all, you should inform us of the reasons. We will review your reasons, whether to put you on the waiting list for the next batch or to forfeit your registration. For reasonable subjective reasons, we will give you another chance to attend the next batch. For objective reasons such as force majeure, you may select any batch you prefer as a replacement.
